Yes, if you have a group of 10 or more colleagues for attending the conference, you will only pay $97 for each Executive ticket ($200 saving on each ticket). That is a payment of only $970 for 10 Executive tickets ($2000 discount compared to the regular ticket fee). You need to have a ticket to be able access the summit sessions. With your basic ticket, you can access the live sessions from May 2 to May 5th, but with an upgraded VIP or Executive ticket, you will also have access to the recordings.

Once you log in, either hover over the “Conference Hall” door in the center of the conference entrance or click on the "conference lobby" tab at the top of the menu.

This is where you’ll see the session that is running live. Once you click on the session, you'll land in the live session.

Only one session at a time will show up. You won't be able to see the previous sessions conducted.

The details of the presentations on each day of the program can be found at projectcontrolsummit.com/program2023 or the summit program booklet.

The conference will begin each day from May 3 to May 5 at 7:30 am CT (US Central Time), allowing for a 15-minute prime time to prepare before the first presentation. The final presentation will end at 5:15 pm CT.

There will be two 15-minute virtual coffee breaks, as well as a 45-minute lunch break, provided each day of the program. The lunch break each day will be from 12:15 pm to 1:00 pm US Central Time.

Please note that the detailed timing of each presentation will NOT be announced, so you have the opportunity to learn from different topics and speakers.

If you have a conflict of interest and cannot attend all sessions or the time zones are not convenient for you and you may miss the sessions, we recommend you consider upgrading to an Executive or VIP ticket, so you get 3-6 months of access to the entire summit content and videos. Your basic ticket provides you access to the live sessions of the conference. But you will not be able to access the recordings. In order to have access to the recordings, you need to upgrade your ticket to a VIP or Executive ticket. As a VIP attendee, you will get access to the recordings for 6 months. As an Executive attendee, you get access for 3 months. Yes, you can. It's better to submit each session individually. However, if your submissions are audited and you need to provide an evidence for attending the conference, we cannot provide you a Certificate of Attendance as a basic pass holder. You need to upgrade to a VIP or Executive ticket in order to get a Certificate of Attendance from project Control Summit as the evidence of attendance.

For submitting the PDUs/ CEUs, you don't need any PDU/ CEU codes, but you'd need your certificate of attendance. 

To claim PMI PDUs for each session, please go to https://ccrs.pmi.org/claim, then log in using your PMI credentials. Once logged in, select the category "Online or Digital Media". Enter the session information (only the title and the provider name, Project Control Academy, is enough). 

Please be sure to type "Project Control Academy" instead of selecting it from the drop-down menu, so you don't get an error message. 

If you are an AACE member, you should be able to submit CEUs under category B.2. Please check the AACE website for more information on the submission of CEUs.

If PMI or AACE selects your submission for audit, you'd need to present the "Certificate of Attendance" and the link to the Summit program so they review and approve your claimed PDUs/CEUs.

The conference tickets are non-refundable. As a VIP or Executive attendee, you will have access to the recordings of the conference for a few months. So, if you cannot attend the conference live, you'll be able to watch the recordings at your own pace later.

Having said that, you can transfer your VIP / Executive ticket to someone else. In such case, please send us an email at [email protected] and request transfer of your paid ticket to another person by providing their name and email.

During the conference, when sessions are conducted live, you only will be able to access the sessions currently conducted live.

At the end of each day of the conference, we upload the raw videos of each day of the conference for the morning and afternoon sessions.

After the conference ends, we will edit the videos for each session and place them along with their resource files separately in the system. For now, the raw videos will be placed in the system for your reference and quick access.

Please note that the recordings and summit resources are only available to the Executive or VIP ticket holders.

The best way to get the answer to your question is by attending the live sessions and use the chatbox below each session to ask your questions from the speaker. Toward the end of each presentation, we open the floor to questions from attendees.

If you have attended the session live and we didn't have a chance to answer your questions, please go to the "Networking Lounge" and locate the "Sessions Questions and Answers" from the menu. Make sure you tag the speaker, so he/she gets notified and can respond to your question.

If you have a VIP or an Executive ticket for the conference, you will receive your digital Certificate of Attendance via email after the conference. Please make sure to have your full name spelled out correctly ( and not all in capital letters) in your profile as the Certificate of Attendance automatically gets your full name from the information you provided during the registration. In order to update your name, please go to Settings by clicking on the profile image placeholder at the top right side of the page.

First of all, make sure that you have logged in.

To log in, please go to online.projectcontrolsummit.com/login. Then enter your email address (the email address that you entered during the conference enrollment) and enter the password that you created when you registered for the Summit.

After you've logged in, you should not have any issue accessing the summit pages. 

The only area that is restricted is the "VIP Lounge". If you are a basic ticket holder, you will get the message that "You don't have permission to access that page." 

The VIP Lounge is only accessible to VIP and Executive ticket holders.
 

In rase cases, you might get this message when you try to log in or access the summit:

"Access Denied. You do not have access to online.projectcontrolsummit.com. The site owner might have set restrictions that prevent you from accessing the site. Contact the site owner or try loading the page again."

Please note that we don't put any access restrictions on site access. Restrictions are imposed via the 3rd party platform due to their various rules and restrictions on some specific countries.  

If you are using a VPN to access the site, please reset your current VPN, or switch to another VPN to resolve the issue. 

If you are not using a VPN, the issue could be because of the restrictions on IPs from some specific countries. In order to resolve the issue, please use a VPN that shows the IP address from another country. This way, the IP address won't be flagged. 

If the issue is not resolved via VPN, please let us know. 

We haven't had any report of video issues before. However, in case the video live stream does not show on your computer, here are the possible reasons:

Network issues: If there are issues with the network connection, such as slow or unstable internet connection or firewall restrictions, the live stream may not play properly. You may see the video keep buffering. 

Browser compatibility: The browser you are using may not be compatible with the video player being used to stream the video. Try using a different browser or updating your current browser to the latest version.

Hardware limitations: Your computer's hardware, such as the graphics card or processor, may not be able to handle the demands of the video live stream.

Restrictions imposed by your workplace: Your workplace may have policies or restrictions in place that prevent access to certain websites or streaming services.

If you are unable to view a video live stream on your work computer, you may need to check with your IT department or network administrator to determine the cause of the issue and identify potential solutions.

Alternatively, you can switch to your personal computer or even cell-phone.
